Flame Light Pink
Phlox ‘Flame Light Pink’ is soft warm peachy pink with a rose eye in color and a heavy bloomer.
Plant Description
A generous bloomer, with large broad panicles, Phlox ‘Flame Light Pink’ is an excellent modern cultivar. The florets are a soft warm pink with a hint of peachiness, centered with a soft rose red eye. It stays in good bloom for a month, and is a useful height for the front or middle of a perennial border. There appears to be considerable diversity in the Flame Series of phlox, and this one, based on the others I have trialed so far, deserves the blue ribbon in the group. It has shown good resistance to mildew, and has healthy dark-green foliage through the summer, and full blooming chubbiness. Recommended! From Bartels of the Netherlands.
