Another excellent late-blooming, Phlox ‘Miss Universe’ is a fragrant and mildew-resistant tall white phlox. Blooming a little later than ‘Midsummer White’ and a little earlier than ‘David’, the foliage of this cultivar is also a brighter green than either.
