Monica Lynden-Bell
Palest of pinks, nearly white.
Plant Description
It’s difficult to say whether’ Monica Lynden-Bell’ is pink or white, so delicate shaded is the hue. The fresh pips open a pale baby pink, maturing over the course of a few days to a creamy white with a little blush. There is no eye to speak of, but the tubes are plum-colored, and this lends a little more color. Like most of the white or pale phlox cultivars, it is quite fragrant, and it blooms abundantly too. Medium height. From England, and introduced in the 1970s.
This phlox description is here for reference only, and the plant is not currently available for mail-order shipping. However it may be available potted-up for on-site sales at the nursery, or with advance notice.
