David’s Lavender
Cool lavender-pink, great mildew resistance.
Plant Description
The color is a pale lavender, just slightly leaning into the blue tones, with an indistinct white center. The petals become paler as they age, and this mix of young and old florets brightens the overall landscape effect. Last year I became very fond of this new phlox, because the cool tone adds much freshness to the late summer garden, so full of strong golds, purples and pinks. It is highly mildew-resistant, derived from the famous ‘David’.
This phlox description is here for reference only, and the plant is not currently available for mail-order shipping. However it may be available potted-up for on-site sales at the nursery, or with advance notice.
